Payment:
The Fife & Drum Inn accepts MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, Discover, Personal Check and
cash.
Deposit:
A deposit equal to 50% of the total quoted room rate (less taxes) is required to
confirm reservation.
Cancellations:
Cancellations obviously adversely affect us. When a last minute cancellation
occurs, it affords us little chance of re-selling the space.
Should situations arise requiring a change or a cancellation in your
reservation, we of course sympathize...but must maintain a business policy and
stand by our cancellation requirements.
A change or cancellation of a confirmed reservation more than 30 days in advance
will result in our refunding your deposit, less 10% of the total room charge, or
should you wish, be given a full credit toward a future stay.
Cancellation of a confirmed reservation inside 30 days of the scheduled arrival
date will result in no refund being given ( regardless of the reason for
non-arrival or early departure.) Cancellations within 7 days will be charged
full reserved stay amount.
If our Williamsburg VA Bed and Breakfast can rebook the date, we will
gladly give you a credit toward a future stay. You are also welcome to send
someone else in your place.
Length of Stay:
Any Friday or Saturday night visit requires a minimum two night stay.
Other:
Room rates include breakfast. All rooms are for a maximum of two persons, except
the Restoration Suite and Yorktown Room, which can have a total of three. There
are no cribs or rollaways. Children under 14 must stay in a room with an adult.
Sorry, no children under 6 years old allowed.
The Fife & Drum Inn is a smoke free Williamsburg VA Bed and Breakfast.
All rooms and suites (excluding
Cottage) of the Inn are on the second
floor. They are accessible by a 16 step stairway. The Cottage is
fully ADA compliant.
